What is the best time to visit Africa?
Africa covers a very vast area as it is the biggest continent on the planet. Based on the fact that it covers both Southern and Northern hemispheres, makes the different countries, optionally, year-round destinations. each country does have its own ideal times of the year based on climate and other anomolies.
Can I combine different destinations on the African continent into one package?
Of course you can, and we encourage our guests to do just that. Africa has an extraordinary geographic diversity and guests are encouraged to see as much as they can, since they have travelled so far to get here in the first instance.
Do you handle visa arrangements?
No, we do not assist with visas. We can of course assist with the visa requirements for each country, but we suggest that if any visas are necessary prior to leaving your country of departure, you obtain them there. Based on your nationality, some African countries issue visas on arrival.
Can I customize my trip?
Keep Travelling is all about customizing trips for our clients. We believe that no two adventures are the same and for that reason, we personally customize every client's needs.
Can I get a refund if I need to cancel or reschedule my trip?
Dependent on when you may need to cancel or reschedule your trip, refunds or partial refunds may be applicable. This is all dependent on the time frame from, when you need to cancel or reschedule, to when the trip was actually planned to commence.
Are English speaking guides available?
Yes, English speaking, as well as other language proficient guides are available on request.
How long in advance should I book my trip?
The best pricing and availability is usually obtainable as early as you can commit to your journey. To avoid disappointment, we suggest that you plan your journey with us 3-6 months in advance.
What should I pack for my trip to Africa?
Africa's micro climates are extremely diverse and together with the different activities that you have booked for makes packing for your trip very important. Once you have finalised your adventure, we will gladly give you a full list of what you should pack and what accessories you should also include.
Can you help with special occasions like birthdays or anniversaries?
Not only will we help with special occasions but we'll make sure our suppliers throw in something special for a memorable occasion.
What payment methods do you accept?
Either bank transfers or credit card payments are accepted.
